Unusable battery holders and Salvaged and old 18650 3.7V Batteries.

Dear Sir,
The material supplied by Arrowtech except the Audio Jack pin are salvaged from old equipment and the Battery holders are of the worst quality.
Immediately after receiving,I sent an email for return and refund.Neither your replied not called.
I am a regular buyer of Electronics submodules, components etc from other vendors also.
I have never seen such a fraud Company in my 575 years of life(50 years active on Electronics starting from Valve ages.)
Pls see other people are not cheated by this Bogus Company.
