This is a 45 meter long 10-wire ribbon cable. It is useful when you need 10 channels or to provide power supply. This ribbon cable is made up of 10 multi-strand wires in white,  grey, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, brown, black. All 10 wires are attached together in a ribbon pattern. Depending on your demands, you can use the cable in its entirety or divide each wire independently.
