The TL084C is a high-speed, JFET input, a quad operational amplifier with well-matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. High slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and a low offset voltage temperature coefficient characterize the devices. It is a surface mount(SMD) active component with plastic micro package SO-14.
